Thank you for ordering from shopeliony.com. Because every item is made to order, we don't currently offer exchanges or refunds unless there was an error on our part. If your package is marked as "delivered", we cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages. Please file a complaint with the carrier.
Cancelling my order?
At this time, all sales are finals. Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.
What if my order is defective or incorrect?
If the product is defective or incorrect upon receiving it, you should immediately report this to us. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@shopeliony.com.
